At ApnaMart, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across India. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your products.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on your PIN code.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional verification.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or above a certain order value.

  • Any promotional shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


7. Delays in Delivery

ApnaMart is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Courier partner operational issues

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.


8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly tampered.

  • Take clear photos and contact us immediately at roshandsouza0412@gmail.com.

  • Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
