1. Return Eligibility

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Window
Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details for refund processing.
5. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by ApnaMart.

If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
